Mrs. Cynthia Wright

You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream. C.S. Louis

Infant 1

Mrs. Cynthia Wright is a retired teacher who has been teaching for 35 years. Sheis a trained teacher who holds a Primary Education Certificate from Belize Teachers' College. She  has a range of experience in the education field. She has had the privilege of being the Principal of two primary schools in the past. She has now been a part of our Horizon family since September 2012 as our Infant 1 teacher .

She is a jovial, young at heart teacher who loves to interact with her students. She is very motivated by their presence and seeks their best interest at all times. She enjoys reading, singing and dancing. Her classroom atmosphere also takes on these characteristics, as there is never a dull moment in her class.

Mrs. Wright enjoys what she does; her love for the children and the joy in her heart keep her going. She is one who believes in making use of what is available. She is a very strong and independent woman who believes one can never be too old to teach or too young to learn; we all can do what we put our minds to, of course, with a little bit of intrinsic motivation. Mrs. Wright’s wealth of experience and knowledge is a great asset to us here at Horizon Academy.
